About The Position

The Children's Health Donor Recognition and Stewardship team is looking for a highly motivated project management specialist with demonstrated strength in donor relations, recognition, communications, problem solving, and intellectual curiosity. This position plays a critical role in improving the efficiency and productivity of the department by enhancing processes and implementing systems through which we deliver our strategy. Responsible for the stewardship of the Donor Recognition and Stewardship team's time, this role will align resources to the most important strategic objectives and advise as the in-house efficiency expert. Requires someone who thrives in start-up environment and is motivated by opportunities to support a team's operations as partners towards fulfilling our mission-driven strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years Related experience such as stewardship, donor relations, recognition, communications, or related field Required
  • At least 3 years Project management experience Required
  • Experience managing long-term, complex projects supporting senior level leaders. Required
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital storytelling, content strategy, and personalized engagement platforms Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Stays up to date on our organizational and team/Foundation strategy
  • Collaborates with partners across the department to design mutually beneficial processes that encourage efficiency and transparency
  • Administrates the project management software suite including the building of workflows and templates
  • Establishes, communicates, and regulates realistic processes and timelines with partners for new and recurring requests
  • Monitors the demand for resources and adjusts timelines and assignments accordingly
  • This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Relationship Managers and Communications teams. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and a strong collaborator, capable of building productive working relationships across teams.
