About The Position

As a Reward & Recognition Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our organization's reward and recognition programs at the organization level for staff, leaders, and providers. You’ll design and manage programs that inspire engagement, foster appreciation, and strengthen our culture.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a human resources, business or related field, or appropriate experience with progressive accountabilities required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Required
  • Experience with basic Microsoft Office functionality (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of and ability to use Human Resources/Technology solutions, and experience with Reward and Recognition Programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the approved reward and recognition programs for the organization that are in the reward and recognition program database
  • Keeps the reward and recognition program database up to date
  • Understands organization-level and department-specific data from surveys that impact reward and recognition and co-design improvement plans and new programs with key stakeholders
  • Understands legal and financial requirements that impact reward and recognition programs and processes
  • Research reward and recognition best practices and use information to improve programs
  • Develops and maintains reward and recognition policies and procedures
  • Leads various teams involved in reward and recognition programs and meet program requirements
  • Partners with Medical Staff leadership and appropriate provider groups to develop provider-specific reward and recognition plans
  • Responds and processes inquiries regarding reward and recognition
  • Plans and coordinates organization-level reward and recognition events
  • Maintains a consistent, organized and deliberate approach to implementation of projects and processes developing and maintaining high standards in all aspects of work particularly in follow up and maintenance of programs
