Donor Greeter (Warehouse Associate) Full-Time
About The Position
Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. (comprising Goodwill Manasota and Goodwill Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast), a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to Changing Lives Through the Power of Work, proudly serves 11 counties on the east and west coasts of Florida. Goodwill's mission-integrated social enterprise transforms community donations into opportunities — providing training, resources, and support through our programs and strong local collaborations to help individuals obtain employment and build skills. As a Donor Greeter, you will greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds, unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors, report an accurate daily donor count, accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing, and provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
