About The Position

The Donor Experience Officer (DXO) works as part of a high-performing, donor-centered team responsible for assisting the Division of Advancement with creating deeper connections with its donors and alumni. Using a variety of channels (email, social platforms, video conferencing, and phone) the DXO focuses on discovery and qualification of an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors by providing outreach and information that increases their engagement and potential for giving. The DXO must be able to clearly articulate the mission and goals of the University of Arkansas while demonstrating enthusiasm for its vision and aspirations.
