Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
- National Registry Check
- Motor Vehicle Insurance Check
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Assists donors in a pleasant and efficient manner. Lifts and carries goods for donors from and to their vehicles.
- Loads and unloads trucks with bags and/or boxes of donated goods.
- Sort through donations and allocate them to appropriate storage areas.
- Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
- Pricing of goods/items as needed.
- Maintains a safe working environment.
- May occasionally supervise volunteer and community service workers.
- Willingness to train new team members.
