Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.
  • National Registry Check
  • Motor Vehicle Insurance Check

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
  • Assists donors in a pleasant and efficient manner. Lifts and carries goods for donors from and to their vehicles.
  • Loads and unloads trucks with bags and/or boxes of donated goods.
  • Sort through donations and allocate them to appropriate storage areas.
  • Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed.
  • Pricing of goods/items as needed.
  • Maintains a safe working environment.
  • May occasionally supervise volunteer and community service workers.
  • Willingness to train new team members.
