About The Position
Goodwill Industries Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring part-time Donation Receiving Associates for their Perry location. The role involves assisting community members who donate goods at the stores. This position is for team players with great customer service skills who treat others respectfully and prioritize people. Donation Receiving Associates are responsible for unloading donations from vehicles, providing tax receipts, maintaining accurate daily donation counts, and initiating the presorting of items into categories. Working with Goodwill offers a rewarding and diverse environment, a team that cares about its members and their community impact. Profits from retail sales of donated goods fund outreach services, including employment training, social services, and family-strengthening programs, and contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing landfill waste.
