The estimated pay scale for the Donor Center Technician role based in Chula Vista, CA, is $19 per hour. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on education, experience, skillset, knowledge, where the role is performed, internal equity and market data. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-donation medical screening.
• Interaction and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up.
• Provides appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
• Ensures all donor screening information is complete.
• Ensures donor confidentiality.
