Donor Center Technician
About The Position
This role is for a Donor Center Technician at Grifols, a global healthcare company. The technician will be responsible for conducting pre-donation medical screenings, assessing donor suitability, and ensuring donor confidentiality. The position involves direct customer interaction and requires adherence to superior customer service standards. The work is performed in a plasma center environment and involves exposure to biological fluids, potential infectious organisms, and extreme cold. Personal protective equipment is required. The role involves sitting or standing for extended periods, bending, twisting, and frequent hand and foot movements. Light lifting is required, with a maximum lift of 50lbs. Good hearing acuity, correctable vision, and the ability to comprehend and follow instructions are essential.
