Under direct supervision by department leadership, performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Delivers an excellent donor experience through warm, professional, and service-oriented interactions. Takes pride in and is committed to delivering high quality services. Works cooperatively and is a supportive member of the team/group. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives. In addition to these responsibilities, the Specialist, Donor plays an essential role in promoting and maintaining a collaborative and respectful team culture and contributes to a strong and engaging employee experience. The individual models teamwork, effective communication, and professionalism and fosters an environment where donors and colleagues feel safe, valued, and respected. Must be available to support Racine Center hours: Monday-Wednesday: 11:30am-7:00pm Thursday: 7:30am-3pm Friday: 6:30am-2pm With availability to cover area centers as needed
