About The Position

The American Red Cross is seeking a Donor Center Phlebotomist to join their team. This role involves assisting with all aspects of the blood collection process at fixed site locations. The position requires collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment for volunteer donors and adhering to safety procedures for collecting life-saving blood donations. Requirements

Associate's degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs.
Good manual dexterity.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes.
Basic computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
Prior leadership experience

Responsibilities
