About The Position

The Donations Processor receives donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. The role sorts donated goods and delivers them to merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. The position promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.

The role follows store policies, procedures, and directives; helps create a welcoming customer experience; contributes to a work environment where program participants can be trained and supported in achieving their goals; and helps maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. A typical full-time schedule is 35–40 hours per week and includes open availability for a combination of days, nights, and weekends. The employee must be willing and able to be cross-trained and train new employees.

Requirements

• Have the ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Interact with a diverse population in a human services setting.

• Have open schedule availability for a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week.
• Be willing and able to be cross-trained and train new employees.

Nice To Haves

• 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
