About The Position

Goodwill - North Canton is hiring full-time Donation Pricing Associates to process and price quality donations in their stockroom. At Goodwill, every purchase supports their mission to transform lives and build a sustainable future. Their retail stores generate revenue for local outreach and social service programs, including pre-employment programming, job placement, family strengthening, and community outreach services. Additionally, this role contributes to diverting waste from landfills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
• Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories.
• Price saleable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
• Maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
• Always maintain sorting and processing areas in a neat and clean condition.
• Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed.
• Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines.
• Actively participates with supervisors and team members to address identified safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
