About The Position

At Goodwill, we do more than just operate thrift stores—we create job opportunities, empower communities, and change lives. This role involves greeting donors, assisting with unloading donations, providing receipts, and sorting, inspecting, and pricing merchandise according to safety and quality guidelines. You will also move items to the sales floor, keep work areas clean and organized, load/unload donation trailers, and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift. Accurate tracking of donation counts and maintaining store cleanliness, including cart retrieval, are also part of the role. You will report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management and support the team with additional duties as needed. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor exposure to the elements.
