About The Position
The Donation Door Attendant welcomes donors and helps turn donations into opportunity. The role involves greeting donors, providing tax receipts, collecting and organizing donations according to policy, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming donation area. The attendant provides excellent customer service and assists other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to assess donation quality.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and offer tax receipts.
- Collect, sort, and organize donations according to policy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming donation area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist other departments as needed.
