About The Position
We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and ready to operate independently while following a proven system. This is a 1099 contractor role where you will take inbound and outbound calls from donors, guide conversations using structured scripts, and accurately enter donation and pledge details. Maintaining professionalism and compliance standards, as well as meeting performance and attendance expectations, are crucial. Continued access to work depends on performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
