About The Position

At Goodwill, we are Changing Lives and Communities Through the Power of Work! The hourly wage for the Donation and Backroom Attendant is $13.73. This is a part-time position, working under 20 hours a week. The role involves greeting donors, assisting them with donations, loading and unloading trucks, accurately sorting donations, and safely operating backroom equipment like a double stacker and pallet jack. The ability to think and plan in a fast-paced environment is essential. Employees receive a 20% discount at all Goodwill locations. Due to insurance carrier requirements regarding equipment usage, applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older (due to insurance carrier requirements regarding equipment used in this role)
Ability to think and plan in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to regularly lift and or move 25-50 pounds
