About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza Franchise, is seeking new team members for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Pizza Maker role in Arlington, WA. This position offers opportunities for skill development and growth within the organization, with a strong emphasis on internal promotion (90% of Domino's franchisees started as Pizza Makers or Drivers). As a CSR, you will be involved in taking phone and counter orders, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility, and most importantly, making pizzas. The role is described as an art, where new team members will be taught techniques to create high-quality pizzas while providing excellent customer service and working in a fun team environment. It is presented as a great entry-level or second job for those looking to develop team skills and customer service expertise.

Requirements

• A fun and friendly person, who is comfortable talking to strangers.
• A team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude!
• At least 16 years of age.
• Pass a Criminal Background check.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Taking phone orders.
• Taking counter orders.
• Cleaning equipment and the facility.
