Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • No formal education required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable means of getting to and from work.
  • Friendly demeanor with a great smile and positive attitude.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice; excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and various shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer knowledge for order entry.
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety and preparation procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders in-person and via phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the store to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
