About The Position

We are currently seeking a Domain Full-Stack Engineer with 3-6 years of relevant experience for a full-time position supporting our federal government client. This role is intended for a U.S. citizen with expertise in developing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and efficient full-stack solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Node.js, React, AWS, and Terraform. As a Domain Full-Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in transforming our clients' digital infrastructure to be more effective, secure, and aligned with their business goals. You will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful projects while ensuring that security and compliance standards are met. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and back-end technologies like Java, Spring/Springboot, Node.js, and SQL.
  • Experience in AWS services and Terraform, with experience in automating deployment processes and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong skills in programming languages such as Java, Node.js, and Python, with a focus on optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices, cloud security, and compliance standards like FISMA, FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments, using frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client.
  • Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work.
  • Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.
  • Primary can be in a qualified SBA HubZone (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/), MUST RESIDE in the U.S., and work MUST BE PERFORMED in the U.S.
  • Must be available on company and client-provided communication tools such as Teams, Monday.com, Slack, email, and for meetings between 9AM-5PM EST.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the government sector, particularly with DHS, and with an active public trust clearance.
  • AWS Certification such as Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer preferred

Responsibilities

  • Automation and Testing: Compatibility, accessibility, and integration automation and testing including requirements for Section 508 compliancy.
  • Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications using Java, Node.js, React, and related technologies.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Support: Assist in the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating security and compliance checks.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, ensuring applications are optimized for performance and security.
  • Security and Compliance: Conduct security assessments and compliance checks to ensure that all solutions meet federal and industry standards.
  • Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile project teams, contributing to sprints and fostering continuous improvement in development practices.
  • Integration and Data Management: Manage data integration and flow processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate handling of ETL processes.
  • Production Support: Provide operational support, oversee build processes, and ensure smooth production deployment with an emphasis on automation.
