About The Position

As a Senior Business Analyst with 7 to 12 years of total experience and 5-8 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior analysts, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met through effective analysis and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and use cases.
• Perform advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify key business trends.
• Oversee the development and implementation of business solutions and strategies.
• Conduct and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing training and support as needed.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
