About The Position

No Place Like Home Pet Sitting & Dog Walking, serving Haddon Heights, Collingswood, Haddonfield, Audubon, and nearby communities since 2010, is seeking dependable and compassionate animal lovers to join their team. This part-time position requires availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. It is ideal for parents with children in school, active retirees, individuals seeking supplemental daytime income, or those who enjoy staying active and working independently. The role involves walking dogs, providing exercise and companionship, caring for cats and small critters, feeding pets, administering medications, cleaning litter boxes and pet accidents, sending photo and visit updates via an app, and traveling between clients' homes.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Auto insurance
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate
• Comfortable working independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and visit reports
• Able to stay active and work outdoors in all types of weather
• Looking for a long-term, year-round position (minimum one-year commitment)
• Monday-Friday availability between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Nice To Haves

• Weekend and holiday availability is a plus
• Pet care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Walk dogs and provide exercise and companionship
• Care for cats (and occasionally other small critters)
• Feed pets, refresh water, and administer medications as needed
• Scoop litter boxes and clean up pet accidents when necessary
• Send photos and visit updates through our easy-to-use app
• Travel between clients' homes throughout your shift
