About The Position

We are a well-established doggy daycare and boarding facility in Smyrna seeking an experienced dog groomer to join our team as an independent contractor (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for groomers looking for flexibility, independence, and growth, especially those transitioning from mobile grooming to an in-store setting.

Requirements

• Prior dog grooming experience.
• Professional grooming tools.
• Groomer's insurance.
• Ability to work independently.
• W-9 form.
• Signed Independent Contractor Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional dog grooming services.
• Offer optional add-on services such as deshedding, specialty baths, and upgrades.
• Maintain control over services offered, pricing, and acceptance of clients.
• Utilize provided grooming salon facilities and basic shampoo.
• Bring and use professional grooming tools and optional specialty grooming products.
