About The Position
Camp Bow Wow Smyrna is seeking a dedicated, high-energy individual to join their team as a Dog Daycare/Dog Boarding Kennel Tech. This role is for a passionate dog lover who is committed to providing a safe, fun, and trusted environment for dogs. The ideal candidate will be able to handle groups of dogs, walk extensively throughout the day, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to manage constant changes. This is a part-time position with a focus on making dogs happy and serving the community. The company is a Christian small business with a mission to provide a safe and fun place for dogs to play and stay, guided by 8 Core Values and a belief in teamwork.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about serving dogs and their parents.
- Respectful, Professional, Dependable, and with a high level of Integrity.
- Must love dogs (the hair, the barking, the mess, etc.).
- Ability to walk a lot throughout the day.
- Ability to handle groups of dogs.
- Comfortable with problem-solving and not becoming flustered with constant changes.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Dependable, Professional, Team Player, and exhibits a high level of Integrity.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with a skill set to handle people and issues that may arise with integrity and maturity.
- Must be coachable.
