DoD Program Manager / Environmental
About The Position
EnDyna, a woman-owned small business based in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a Program Manager to support a forthcoming Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency contract in the Washington, DC metro area. This program supports complex, multi-site federal environmental operations across compliance, sustainability, and resiliency initiatives. The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for a large, multi-million-dollar environmental program supporting multiple concurrent task orders. This role ensures high-quality execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between government stakeholders and contractor teams.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance (pre-screened; no known disqualifiers)
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering AND 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in program management OR Master’s degree in science or engineering AND 13+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in program management
Nice To Haves
- Oversight of NEPA, cultural resources, or natural resource programs
- Experience supporting facility-level resiliency programs
Responsibilities
- Managing large, multi-million-dollar environmental programs with multiple task orders
- Oversight of facility-level, multi-media environmental compliance programs
- Leading routine performance reviews with contractor staff
- Coordinating regularly with Government Program Managers
- Managing schedules, priorities, and budgets
- Conducting technical reviews and ensuring deliverable quality
- Managing subcontractors and deploying staff efficiently across sites
