About The Position
Matsun Nutrition (Mesquite, NV) is hiring a full-time Documentation Specialist to keep our paperwork and lab samples moving accurately and on time. Matsun Nutrition makes dietary supplements. This role fits someone who likes organized work, stays on top of samples and paperwork from start to finish, and helps the plant run smoothly.
Requirements
- Comfortable with paperwork, checklists, and basic computer work
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willing to learn our processes (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Review and correct production and QC paperwork
- Pull, label, and track product and ingredient samples
- Keep records up to date on the computer (spreadsheets and our software)
- Schedule and track samples sent out for lab testing
- Keep files organized so nothing gets lost between the floor, QC, and outside labs
