About The Position

Our client, a leading insurance organization, is seeking Document Review Specialists to support a temporary document conversion project. In this role, you will assist with reviewing and updating approximately 3,000 legal documents as part of a rebranding and document conversion initiative. The documents will undergo an initial automated update process, and you will be responsible for performing a detailed review to ensure all changes have been completed accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are highly organized, comfortable with repetitive document-based work, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing legal or business-critical materials.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2–3 years of experience in a processing, document review, data entry, administrative, or quality-control type role.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Word, including editing documents and using basic search and replace functionality.
  • Comfortable reviewing high volumes of documents with consistent accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication and grammar skills.
  • Ability to understand context and apply changes accurately within legal or formal business documents.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow checklists and documented procedures.
  • Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, or recurring errors.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a project team.
  • Awareness of the importance of accuracy when working in a legal or risk-sensitive environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with legal documents, contracts, insurance documents, or other detail-sensitive materials is considered an asset.
  • Data entry or document processing experience may be suitable for candidates who are comfortable working within structured processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review batches of Microsoft Word documents to validate changes made through an internal automated process.
  • Confirm that legal entity names, trademarks, contact details, claims phone numbers, and other required information have been accurately updated.
  • Make direct edits to documents where inaccuracies or additional changes are identified.
  • Use a provided checklist to ensure all required updates have been completed.
  • Move reviewed and verified documents to their final storage destination.
  • Identify recurring document issues, patterns, or trends and share feedback with the project team.
  • Collaborate closely with an internal Project Manager and other team members involved in the document review workflow.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality when handling legal documents.
