Founded in 2000, the firm provides debt-recovery litigation and legal solutions for banks and creditors nationwide. The role is salaried and has no billable-hour requirement.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Review lawsuits and legal pleadings for legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Analyze supporting documentation to assess the viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment.
- Send and respond to written correspondence concerning case matters, including disputes, settlements, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to meet volume-based targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in the firm's internal systems.
- Communicate with supervising attorneys about case nuances or exceptions as needed.
