Braille Works is a family-owned, Christ-centered company and a leading provider of reading materials for people who are visually impaired and blind. Document Production Team Members are responsible for producing accurate digital documents and transcription output in alignment with documented standards, client specifications, and assigned priorities. This is an execution-focused role with responsibility for meeting defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets while completing work in the correct sequence to support SLAs. Team Members operate within structured workflows, apply standards consistently, and seek clarification when needed. This role does not include ownership of workflow decisions, quality standards, or process design. The work is structured, repetitive, and detail-focused, requiring a steady, consistent pace for extended periods with daily productivity and accuracy expectations. It is not a creative or flexible workflow role.
