The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role operates on a Monday-Friday, 10pm-7am shift. The associate will utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work, thoroughly assess job requests, and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. Work may involve document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions. The role requires adherence to established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. Proficiency in using necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware is essential. Communication with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns is a key responsibility. The associate will also troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems, foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement, and build relationships with the client. Quality assurance on work, as requested, and adherence to Williams Lea Tag and client policies are also required. The role emphasizes cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies.
