The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role operates within a 1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The position requires the use of appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work, thorough assessment of job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. Responsibilities include performing work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed, using established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. The associate must demonstrate proficiency in using necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware, and communicate with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns. Meeting contracted deadlines for service delivery, troubleshooting basic software or hardware problems, and fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the associate will perform quality assurance on work as requested, adhere to company policies, and use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
