The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will perform work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed, using established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is demonstrating proficiency in using the necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware, and communicating effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns. The position requires meeting contracted deadlines for service delivery, troubleshooting basic software or hardware problems, and fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client. Quality assurance on work, as requested, adherence to Williams Lea Tag and client policies, and cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies are also essential.
