The Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all document production work, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will perform work in document production, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination functions as needed, using established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. Demonstrating proficiency in using necessary equipment, technology, software, and hardware is crucial. The role requires communication with team members, leads, supervisors, or clients regarding job or deadline concerns, and meeting contracted deadlines for service delivery. Troubleshooting basic software or hardware problems, fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement, relationship building with the client, and performing quality assurance on work as requested are also key aspects of this position. Adherence to Williams Lea Tag policies and client policies, as well as cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies, is expected.
