The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will exercise independent judgment and use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. This position requires intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software, and hardware. The role also assists with the coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team, and troubleshoots more complex software or hardware problems. Utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all assigned work is essential, as is meeting contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work. Communication with peers, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline issues is expected, as is fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client. The associate will handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, perform Quality Assurance on the work of others, and train more junior staff members. Additional tasks and assignments as assigned by management, client interaction in person, over the phone, or electronically, and adherence to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies are also part of the role. Use of equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner is required.
