We are looking for Document Processing Specialist to innovate and grow with us in our Falls Church, VA office 5 days a week. Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time/Permanent basis for any employer without restriction. Visa Sponsorships or Transfers WILL NOT be provided for this position. We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our Business Process Outsourcing Team. You will play a key part in helping clients efficiently index documents into our NexusPayables system. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy driven environment and takes pride in producing high quality work.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a business/office/corporate environment preferred
  • Fast accurate alpha-numeric typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High volume data entry experience
  • Willing to adapt and learn new technologies
  • Able to meet and/or over exceed in making deadlines
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred (Not Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with document imaging software (desired but Not Required)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately index 900+ incoming documents per day following established procedures.
  • Process invoices with 99%+ accuracy, meeting client SLA requirements.
  • Review and audit entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and client standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain all process and client documentation.
  • Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics for speed, accuracy, and quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
