About The Position

Braille Works is a family-owned, Christ-centered company and one of the nation's leading providers of reading materials for people who are visually impaired and blind. We are dedicated to Making the world a more readable place™, delivering high-quality, accessible documents for clients in healthcare, finance, and education. Document Production Team Members are responsible for producing accurate digital documents and transcription output in alignment with documented standards, client specifications, and assigned priorities. This is an execution-focused role with responsibility for meeting defined productivity, accuracy, and quality targets while completing work in the correct sequence to support SLAs. Team Members operate within structured workflows, apply standards consistently, and seek clarification when needed. This role does not include ownership of workflow decisions, quality standards, or process design. This is a structured, repetitive, detail-focused work role with a steady, consistent pace for extended periods, involving daily productivity and accuracy expectations. It is not a creative or flexible workflow role.
