About The Position

Document Management Analyst will support the Health and Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as an integral contributor to the success and performance of OCR and further OCR’s mission as described above thru various mission support activities. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Technology, Infrastructure & Engineering, Health, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Consulting, and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a customer clearance for access to facilities, equipment, and property.
  • An Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university or specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level or higher in the Federal Government.
  • Experience with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support to OCR.
  • Conducts administrative tasks associated with intake for complaints received via mail, fax, or email, including assisting with printing and mailing OCR complaint packages and closure letters.
  • Conducts routine office functions with minimal direction and has experience with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Participates in the receipt and triage of new complaints ensuring all applicable policies and rules are followed.
