Our teams are driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering results. We are seeking a motivated Suit Generation Clerk to join our Plano, TX-based team.

Requirements

• At least one year administrative or clerical experience where use of Adobe and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point was required
• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, printer, scanner, and computer; proficient with internet research
• Ability to work efficiently with excellent attention to detail in a high-volume fast paced environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately enter data into case management systems
• Ability to work individually and as part of a coordinated team
• Organized, detail oriented, and deadline driven
• Effective oral and written communication skills with knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage
• Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
• Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies

Responsibilities

• Process the receipt of legal document into the Firm’s case management system
• Generate documentation for legal review
• Scan and copy documents as needed
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
• Prepare legal documents and suit packages for shipping.
• Contact courts via phone and email to obtain legal documentation or status information
• All other responsibilities as assigned by leadership
