As Document Control, you will report to the Sr. Project Manager and will be involved with responsibility for project coordination, from initiation of project until closeout. Serving as a point of communication for the Company and Clients. You will also be responsible for expediting, creating, managing, and maintaining project documentation for the project. Ensure the project team has access to the latest revisions in a timely manner. Develops and implements document control processes and procedures. Manages document revisions and ensures the latest version is available. Maintains document control database and files. Coordinates document review and approval processes. Ensures compliance with company and legal document management requirements. Provides training to staff on document control procedures. Resolves document control issues and conflicts. Archives and disposing of outdated documents.
