About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to join our team. You will research creative solutions to enhance efficiency within the engineering change process and assist in developing AI tools to boost the productivity of our engineering team. Your role will involve managing the ECO lifecycle, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration, and updating ERP and PLM systems with newly released engineering data. Additionally, you will administer label databases, material, and engineering drawings, and provide support and training for engineering control systems. Your contributions will also include assisting with process documentation, metrics reporting, and audit preparation.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in a product-based or manufacturing company environment.
  • Document control experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Understanding of the uses of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Database management and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and revision control principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reviewing BOMs and engineering part documents.
  • Experience organizing a technical documentation system.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings, bill of materials, and product release processes.
  • Experience with PDM, SAP, and Oracle.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and mediate discrepancies between stakeholders.

Responsibilities
