We're looking for a Document Control Administrator to support quality and compliance activities in our aerospace manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, controlled, and available to support production while helping maintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, databases, or administrative systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with quality, engineering, and operations teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration, or office administration
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processes
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government, or other documentation-driven environments
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA, or other regulated quality management systems
  • Experience working with engineering teams and senior leadership
