About The Position

Client is actively looking for an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Geriatric/Long Term Care for a Mon-Fri day shift position. Applicant should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in this role within skilled nursing.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current MA state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience (SNF/LTC).
  • CPR/BLS Certificate.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Current Pre-employment Physical
  • Current PPD/Quantiferon
  • MMR Vaccine Records/Titers
  • 2 professional references

Responsibilities
