About The Position

Shopko Optical is currently seeking an Optometrist to join their team in Omaha, NE. This is a float position where the doctor will have the autonomy to build the practice they want. Shopko Optical supports their doctors by providing full ancillary support, including screening and patient billing, allowing doctors to focus on providing great patient care. The practice offers comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting, refractive services, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, and co-management for cataract and refractive surgery.

Requirements

• OD Degree from ACOE approved College of Optometry
• Ability to communicate with customers and teammates
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Provide Comprehensive Eye Exams
• Perform Contact Lens Fitting
• Conduct Refractive Services
• Diagnose, Treat, and Manage Eye Disease
• Perform Cataract and Refractive Surgery Co-Management
