About The Position
DigitalOptometrics LLC. offers an exciting opportunity in Tele-Optometry, providing comprehensive eye exams using patented remote technology. This role offers flexibility for Optometrists and expanded options for patients. We are seeking Virginia state-licensed Optometrists to join our panel as a primary or supplemental income source, working from home. As an Independent Contractor, you will examine patients in your licensed state(s) through remote technology, communicating verbally and visually via specialized video conference technology. With Ophthalmic Technician support, you will analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses from a remote location. We provide credentialing and training assistance, competitive compensation, and are looking for Optometrists with specific Virginia licensure, with multiple state licenses being a plus.
