About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic is revolutionizing access to care by delivering high-quality, affordable chiropractic services in a convenient retail setting. As the largest operator, manager, and franchisor of chiropractic clinics in the U.S., The Joint delivers more than 12 million patient visits annually across nearly 1,000 locations. We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Chiropractor to join our Raleigh, NC market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best: improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Our Raleigh-area clinics serve established and growing communities throughout the Triangle, providing Chiropractors the opportunity to work in high-volume, well-supported practices. We understand that the right support makes a difference in a busy clinic. During higher-volume periods, we strategically staff our clinics to support patient flow and prevent the full patient volume from falling on one provider whenever possible. Our franchise is owned by a Chiropractor who understands the role firsthand, with accessible local leadership supporting scheduling, staffing, supplies, clinic operations, and day-to-day needs. Our goal is to give our doctors the autonomy to focus on excellent patient care without unnecessary micromanagement, while ensuring operational support is available when needed.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Valid North Carolina Chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to address musculoskeletal conditions
- Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care
- Develop and communicate appropriate treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
- Build strong, positive doctor-patient relationships
- Support membership growth through care-focused patient conversations
- Partner with clinic teams to provide an efficient and exceptional patient experience
