About The Position

Deliver superb customer service to members and guests while ensuring marina safety, cleanliness, and members satisfaction. Properly performs duties as fuel dock attendant following safety precautions, ensuring boaters safety and proper fueling standards according to EPA and local regulations. Assists members and transients with launching, mooring, pump out station operation. Performs minor maintenance within the marina which may include but is not limited to replacing cleats, whaler boards, painting, collecting trash and docks cleanliness. Inspects Marina daily to ensure the area is clean and free from debris and other hazards. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Harbormaster and Assistant Harbormaster.

Requirements

  • Positive customer service skills
  • Good judgment
  • Marina or boating experience
  • Must possess or be able to obtain approved safe boating certification within two weeks of being hired.
  • Basic skill in the use of hand tools
  • Maintaining logs
