About The Position

As a Dockhand/Buying Station Team Member in Stonington, you'll help keep our waterfront buying station running smoothly. This role exists to make sure lobsters are received, handled, and moved through the station efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include supporting wharf operations, working with lobster and related materials, keeping work areas organized, and communicating clearly with teammates and fishermen.

Requirements

• Comfortable with physically demanding work; able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in changing Maine weather
• Team-first attitude with strong communication
• Organized, able to multitask and remain attentive to detail
