About The Position

As our Dock Worker, you will be responsible for lifting and moving full cartons from conveyor lines and placing them on pallets. You will also count and write information on boxes, move completed pallets using a motorized standup jack, use a shrink wrap machine, and operate a hand scanner system. Additionally, you will be involved in hand picking and packing customer orders. This position is for the 3rd shift, with hours from 11 pm to 7 am, and overtime as needed. The starting rate is $18/hour, plus a $2.00/hour 3rd shift differential. There is an opportunity to earn an additional $1-$3/hour through a performance-based incentive program, allowing you to earn up to $23/hour.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously during your shift
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift
• No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful
