With continued network expansion and record growth over the past several years, we’re looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our team at our Charlotte, NC terminal. As a Dock Worker, you’ll play a critical role in the movement and organization of freight within our terminal.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience (required).
• Ability to safely handle freight using manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A stable, consistent work history and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to pass a physical and background check.

Nice To Haves

• A valid Driver’s License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, and staging customer freight and skids.
• Building and organizing loads to prepare trailers for departure.
• Using handheld scanners to ensure accurate freight inventory.
• Coordinating efficient trailer loading and shipment preparation.
• Operating a forklift for approximately 90% of your shift.
• Recouping or repairing damaged pallets and freight as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dock, trailers, and yard areas.
