About The Position
America’s Thrift Stores is hiring Dock Team Members to support our fast-paced warehouse and donation operations. This role is ideal for team-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work, both indoors and outdoors, while providing great service to donors.
Requirements
- 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physical environment
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Weigh, count, and track incoming/outgoing materials
- Move items efficiently to designated areas
- Document shipments and report discrepancies
- Operate equipment safely using PPE
- Assist donors at the donation center as needed
- Support additional tasks as assigned
