About The Position

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Dock Supervisor to be based at our Dieppe Terminal. The Dock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of the daily dock plan, ensuring the efficient movement of freight and equipment within the terminal. The Dock Supervisor coordinates trailer assignments, communicates with drivers, monitors trailer readiness, prioritizes freight, and manages door assignments to support safe, productive, and timely operations. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “Can Do” attitude.
